WILAS Terms of Service

WILAS (Wireless Intelligent Location & Analytics Suite) is a digital platform provided by TechStudio Solutions Pte Ltd ("TechStudio") that enables venues to offer managed Wi-Fi connectivity, customer engagement services, analytics and operational intelligence. By accessing or logging into the WILAS network, you agree to these Terms of Service.

WILAS provides the following core service modules:

• Intelligent Access Management (IAM) – Secure captive portal login, branding interface, and visitor profile collection.
• Real-Time Intelligence (Analytics) – Aggregated data on dwell time, visit frequency, device type and movement flow analytics.
• Push Marketing – Real-time or scheduled notifications via SMS, email and push channels based on defined targeting rules.
• Track & Trace – Location tracking for staff, assets or authorised personnel using Wi-Fi, beacon or RFID technologies.

You agree not to:

• Use the network for unlawful, fraudulent or malicious activities.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems or data.
• Transmit malware, spam or harmful code.
• Engage in activities that degrade network performance.

When logging into WILAS, personal data such as name, mobile number, email address and device information may be collected. Behavioural data such as visit frequency and dwell duration may also be analysed for operational and marketing purposes. All data handling complies with Singapore PDPA and is governed by our Privacy Policy.

You may receive notifications or promotional messages during or after your visit. You may opt out where applicable using unsubscribe instructions provided.

WILAS is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. TechStudio does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TechStudio shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.

These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
